2023 WAFCC Summit and Celebration - Wednesday, November 8th
The Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) hosted clinic leaders, staff, volunteers, community partners and legislators at the Madison Concourse Hotel for its 2023 Summit & Celebration. The Summit & Celebration celebrated the work free and charitable clinics do for uninsured and underinsured communities throughout the state. WAFCC staff hosted an in-person annual meeting, invited special guests to speak on topics of interest to clinics, and celebrated this year's accomplishments over dinner. WAFCC recognized several outstanding community partners, legislators, and supporters for their steadfast support of Free and Charitable Clinics. Thank you to everyone who attended!
WAFCC on the Road - August 28th - 31st, 2023
WAFCC staff closed out our annual WAFCC on the Road event on Thursday, August 31st. Staff members travelled to five different free and charitable clinics throughout the state to celebrate the work that is being done, highlight recent successes, network with peers & local officials, and host conversations about how we can best suit the needs of our clinics. FCC Advocacy Day - April 11th, 2023
On Tuesday, April 11th, the Wisconsin Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) held an Advocacy Day in Madison, WI! Representatives from 23 Free and Charitable Clinics (FCCs) joined WAFCC and visited 18 Wisconsin Legislative offices. Attendees educated representatives on the important work free clinics do for Wisconsin communities while advocating for increased funding.
Annual Summit - November 11th, 2022
We are thrilled to have brought back this annual event, which was held virtually. It served as a great opportunity to hear updates on WAFCC and its initiates, share questions, and network with clinic leaders.
WAFCC On the Road - August 22nd - 25th, 2022
WAFCC hit the road to visit Free and Charitable Clinics in Appleton, Chippewa Falls, Madison, Milwaukee, and Wausau. This 4th annual event offered networking opportunities, peer sharing, and initiative/program updates from WAFCC. Click here to view a full recap.
