Annual Clinic Meeting
Join WAFCC staff at our annual clinic meeting. WAFCC's Year-to-Date In Review, program updates, and an opportunity to share clinic highlights.
Summit
The Summit portion will provide an educational opportunity for clinic leaders, staff, volunteers and community partners. The theme of the Summit is Social Determinants of Health and Caring for the Whole Person. Patients will share stories on the impact of local clinics, followed by a keynote speaker and breakout session. See speakers below.

Dr. Sheehy, Associate Director for Health Policy Research in the University of Wisconsin Center for Health Disparities Research (CHDR), will address and educate the audience on an overview of SDoH, the impact on health inequity, and practical applications for helping free and charitable clinics including resources for social health and well being. |
