WAFCC’s Tele-behavioral Health Network is a Hub and Spoke model of care, addressing the need for behavioral health services for the uninsured/underinsured throughout Wisconsin.
Eighteen WAFCC Member clinics currently participate in the Network (see map). The hub site, Open Arms Free Clinic in Elkhorn has 4 bilingual behavioral health specialists, offering general counseling, couples counseling, and children’s counseling. Visits are offered for various days and times of the week and new patients are often seen within 2 weeks. |

For Patients
Telehealth offers many benefits
- Convenience – you can connect with your provider without the long drive, and it is easier to schedule around work, school, or child care.
- Faster appointments – Many times, you can see a provider more quickly on telehealth than an in-person visit.
- Easy to connect – you can connect with your provider right from your smart phone, tablet, laptop, computer or other device.
- Bilingual Counselors – Native Spanish speaking counselors are on staff.

You will need a smartphone, computer, tablet or laptop or other device with audio and video capabilities, and access to the internet.
