You are required to enroll/renew your providers every year. 

• You will need your Unique Organization Key to update your provider list. If you do not know your Unique Organization Key​​, please contact [email protected]
• ​To update your Provider list, click this link.
  • Select Option #8: Update VHCP Providers
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page to add new providers. 
      • Select 'Yes - I need to add a new provider(s)' from the dropdown.
      • Add one provider at a time and click submit. 
      • The providers you add will populate in your current list of VHCP providers. 
      • Your changes will be saved when you click "Submit."
  • This list can be accessed and updated throughout the year
