The Volunteer Healthcare Provider (VHCP) Program is a Wisconsin self-funded liability program and does not have a policy number. Current Wis. Stat. § 146.89. You can find more information below. 
What you need to know
  • A unique Organization Key will be emailed to your organization’s primary contact on record with WAFCC. You will need your organization’s key to access the portal. The email will come from [email protected]​
  • If you are unsure who your primary contact is on record, or you do not receive an email with an Organization Key, please contact [email protected]​
  • The email with your organization’s key will also have a pdf attachment with all the data information required in case you’d like to gather your data prior to entering it in the portal.
  • When you click the "NEXT" button at the bottom of each page, your data will automatically save, so you are able to start/stop your application as necessary.

  • Select Option #2 to start
  • To keep your Provider list updated, select option #8.
    • ​You will have access to this all year long to keep your list current.
  • To complete your annual VHCP enrollment...
    • ​Select option #4 if you just need to complete the annual enrollment
    • Select option #5 if you have previously enrolled 
    • Select option #6 to complete the annual enrollment form and update your providers
Reminder: You are required to enroll/renew your providers every year.
