Job Type: Part-time to Full-time Exempt with flexible work weeks
Location: This is a home-based position that is mobile, requiring some travel.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field or related healthcare experience. Demonstrated time management skills. Excellent communications, networking, and reporting skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with payroll processing and financial management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Ability to exercise good judgment and be responsive to time sensitive organizational priorities and competing demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a funding process to engage private and public grant making organizations to create partnerships that will provide new or existing service needs to clinic patients.
  • Research current community health needs assessment activities 
  • Develop clinic marketing and outreach collateral
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to research and enhance its marketing initiatives
  • Engage in partnership development and outreach

Lake Area Free Clinic Associate
Location: 856 Armour Rd Ste B, Oconomowoc, WI 53066

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain the medication inventory in PharmaLink, a new pharmacy inventory software
  • Help increase awareness of the Lake Area Free Clinic within Waukesha County
  • Assist with marketing and promotion efforts to increase support and donations
  • Assist with volunteer recruitment efforts to increase support
  • Assist with screening patients for eligibility for services both within the clinic and in the community

Responsibilities:
  •  Provide high quality comprehensive health care to those in need with a focus on expanding access to healthcare for those without insurance or who are under-insured by:
    • Helping to build and maintain partnerships with schools, coalitions and other community organizations
    • Developing clinic policies and procedures
    • Growing HCN’s volunteer pool
    • Grant-writing/fundraising
    • Helping maintain the Standards of Excellence

HealthCare Network Associate
​Location: 500 Wisconsin Ave, Racine, WI 53403 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing grant reports, data dissemination, grant proposals and information requests from community partners
  • Attend community outreach events. Create visually appealing way to tell the story of the need for free clinics.
  • Assist in planning special events.
  • Create social media posts with targeted messages to patients, volunteers, donors, and community partners.
  • Assist in updating agency website as needed. Learn usage electronic medical record system, including reporting functions.
  • Assist with “closing” on-site clinic to ensure follow up care.
  • Assist with collection of outcome data.
  • Assist with clinical program development.
  • Update clinical policy and procedure manual as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality.
