Business Operations Coordinator The Business Operations Coordinator serves as a highly efficient administrative expert who drives seamless business operations across financial, healthcare, and program functions. This role is instrumental in keeping organizational processes running smoothly and effectively, ensuring that teams and programs are well supported and positioned for success. The coordinator provides skilled oversight of the annual membership campaign, maintains the DHS Volunteer Health Care Provider Program (VHCP) database, manages payroll and employee benefits administration, processes accounts receivable and payable, and maintains personnel records with accuracy and discretion. The position also plays a key role in preparing and supporting financial reporting for staff, the Board of Directors, and grant funders.
