What you need to know
  • Use your organization key to access the enrollment process as you did in January to add a new VHCP user.
  • You are required to enroll/renew your providers every year. ​
  • To complete your annual VHCP enrollment, click this link 
    • Select option #4 if you only need to complete the annual enrollment
    • Select option #5 if you have previously enrolled 
    • Select option #6 to complete the annual enrollment form and update your providers
    • Select option #8 to continuously update your provider list​
      • This list can be accessed and updated throughout the year
  • When you click the "NEXT" button at the bottom of each page, your data will automatically save, so you are able to start/stop your application as necessary.
