WAFCC Standards of Excellence
The WAFCC Standards of Excellence are designed to promote and describe best practices which maximize access to healthcare and improve the overall quality of care for the uninsured, undeserved, economically and socially disadvantaged, and vulnerable populations; along with defining factors which facilitate organizational competence in free and charitable clinics (FCCs) in Wisconsin.
1. Governance, Administration & Management (GAM)
2. Optimal Patient Care Services (OPC)
3. Fostering Community Relations (CR)
4. Standards Assistance
5. Glossary of Terms
WAFCC is here to help you conduct a self-assessment and work towards achieving the Standards. Starting July 10, 2017, we will have a full-time Standards Manager who will conduct trainings, including on-site assistance, and create an online resource library on our website.
